Most spaces start with Concierge Launch, where we plan and deliver your first collabs in your first 30 days.

No they’re always commission free. When a guest books through your feature, we send them straight into the booking flow on your own website and the booking is entirely yours. We're a membership, not an OTA.

Monthly membership runs for a minimum of three months and then rolls month to month so you can cancel anytime after that. Our annual membership rolls for 12 months and we’ll contact you ahead of your renewal date to see if you would like to continue your membership with us.

In your feature you’ll have a live availability widget where guests can see your live availability. Once they’ve popped their dates in, they can see your rooms and rates and when they choose one we send them as far down the booking flow on your own website as possible, typically straight to room selection. The booking, the guest data and the revenue are all yours. We handle the technical setup during onboarding; there's nothing for your team to build.

No. Your membership covers the platform, your feature, all collaboration tools and editorial coverage. Editorial decisions (collections, guides, features across our channels) are made independently by our editors. Being a member is what makes you eligible; it never buys placement.

No, membership is completely non-exclusive. Stay on any other platforms or directories you like and we can even send guests through to book via a platform or OTA of your choice if you prefer or don’t have direct booking set-up yet.

Retreat hosts use Curated to find their next location. They tell us the setting, group size and season they’re looking for, and we introduce the stays that fit, so the enquiries you receive are already relevant.

We work with our network of retreat hosts to help them find the perfect location for their next event. When we’re managing an enquiry on behalf of a retreat, we charge 10% commission on that booking once it’s confirmed. If a host finds you elsewhere or enquires directly insted of through the Curated team, there’s no commission.
