All our standard packages come with commission free bookings. We’re designed to drive high-intent traffic to your direct booking flow, not take a percentage of your revenue.

Yes, your listing is live from day one with lots of high-resolution imagery, editorial copy and a dynamic booking widget. Collaborations enhance it over time by appearing in your guestbook and adding an extra layer of authentic content for bookers to explore.

Collaborations are entirely optional and it’s completely up to you how many tastemakers you host and when. Many spaces host during off-peak periods only.

2026 is our first international expansion year.

We’re launching select European destinations ahead of peak summer booking season, beginning with France, Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Our focus is on:

• Founder-led marketing and press

The goal is to make Curated a year-round planning tool for both UK short breaks and longer European stays.

Guests discover your space via tastemakers or collections, save it to their boards, and when ready, enter their dates.

We then send them directly to your website to complete the booking.

We track booking intent and enquiries generated through Curated. Once the guest lands on your site, final conversion sits within your own booking engine.

You can browse our network of tastemakers and send unlimited collaboration proposals through the platform.

Once a creator accepts, we loop you into a shared chat to agree deliverables upfront. Collaborations arranged through Curated are gifted stays — no additional payment is required. You define what’s included (e.g. posts, stories, usage rights) before the stay takes place.

The creator then visits, captures your space and shares content with their community. They also publish a permanent check-in on Curated, which appears in your space’s Guestbook, in search results and across the home feed.

We track booking intent and enquiries generated through the collaboration so you can see the impact over time.

If helpful, Curated can suggest recommended creators and even send proposals on your behalf — we can be as hands-on or light-touch as you prefer.
