Eateries & Experiences T&Cs Summary
These Terms of Service were published on 2 January 2026 and last updated on 2 January 2026.
This summary is designed to give you a friendly, high-level overview of what it means to be an Eatery or Experience on Curated. It’s not legally binding and doesn’t replace our full Terms of Service, which you should read in full before getting started.
What is Curated Eateries & Experiences?
Curated is a design-led discovery and collaboration platform that connects thoughtfully curated places to eat and things to do (“Eateries & Experiences”) with inspiring content creators (“Curators”) and curious, quality-driven audiences (“Guests”).
We help you:
Get discovered through trusted recommendations and beautiful, authentic content
Showcase your food, space or experience in a way that reflects your vibe and values
Collaborate with Curators to tell your story and reach new communities
Build a bank of licensed content you can use to grow your brand (where agreed)
Curated does not manage venues, take bookings, sell tickets, or act as a PR or marketing agency. We’re a discovery and collaboration platform that’s designed to amplify great experiences, not run them.
What is your relationship with us?
By listing as an Eatery or Experience on Curated, you agree to:
Maintain an accurate, honest, and up-to-date listing
Deliver the experience your listing promises
Communicate professionally with Guests and Curators
Engage with the platform in good faith
You continue to fully own and operate your business. Any Guests discovering you via Curated are always directed to your own website, booking system, ticketing platform, or contact details, under your own terms.
How does listing work?
Listing your Eatery or Experience on Curated is free.
A free listing includes:
A dedicated page on the Curated platform
Editorial-style copy and imagery
Inclusion in relevant discovery feeds and searches
There is no obligation to collaborate with Curators or purchase add-ons.
From time to time, we may offer optional paid opportunities, such as:
Featured placement or campaign inclusion
Creator collaborations (hosted or paid)
Content licensing packages
Platform tools or promotional upgrades
All paid opportunities are optional, clearly scoped, and agreed separately in writing.
How do collaborations with Curators work?
If you choose to collaborate with a Curator:
You can receive collaboration requests or invite Curators directly
You and the Curator agree scope, timing, and deliverables (e.g. posts, stories, photography, video)
Communication and coordination happens through the Curated platform
Important: Content created by Curators is owned by the Curator unless a separate usage or licensing agreement is agreed. You may reshare tagged content organically (with credit), but paid ads, email marketing, or website use requires explicit permission.
Curated provides tools and guidance but is not a party to individual collaboration agreements.
How bookings, tickets & reservations work
Curated does not handle:
Reservations
Ticket sales
Payments
Refunds or cancellations
Guests are always directed to book, reserve, or enquire directly with you. You are fully responsible for pricing, availability, cancellations, customer service, and delivery of the experience.
Your responsibilities as an Eatery or Experience
You must:
Ensure your listing is accurate, current, and representative
Comply with all relevant legal, safety, licensing, and insurance requirements
Honour confirmed bookings, tickets, and agreed collaborations
Treat Guests, Curators, and the Curated team respectfully
What you can’t do
To keep Curated fair, trusted, and high-quality, please avoid:
Misrepresenting your offering, pricing, or availability
Using Curator content commercially without permission
Soliciting Curators for collaborations off-platform in a way that undermines Curated
Encouraging behaviour that damages trust in the platform
Listing duplicate, misleading, or inactive offerings
Failure to comply may result in removal from the platform.
What Curated handles (and what we don’t)
We:
Provide discovery, visibility, and editorial curation
Offer tools to support creator collaborations
Curate collections, features, and campaigns
We do not:
Guarantee bookings, footfall, or coverage
Manage your operations or guest relationships
Act as a booking agent, PR firm, or marketing agency
Take responsibility for guest or creator conduct
Final note
Curated exists to champion great food, thoughtful experiences, and the people behind them. We work best with independent places who value craft, community and long-term brand building, those who want to be part of a tastemaker-led ecosystem shaping how people discover where to eat and what to do.
