What is a Hotel Referral?
A hotel referral is when you introduce a space to Curated, usually a place you’ve stayed at, know personally, or think would be a perfect fit for the platform.
If the space signs up and joins Curated, you earn 1% of all the bookings they generate on Curated during their entire first year.
It’s our way of saying thank you for bringing incredible new places into the Curated universe.
How to refer a space
You can refer a space directly from your dashboard:
Head to ‘Recommendations’ in your Curator Dashboard
Tap Recommend a New Space
Add:
The space’s name
The space’s address
Anything you want us to know (why you love them, why they’re a perfect fit)
Hit Submit
What happens after you submit a referral
Here’s what happens next:
We’ll then provide you with an introductory email template
You loop us in with your contact at the space
We’ll hop on a call with the space to tell them all about what we’re building at Curated
If they’re a fit and decide to join, we’ll get them set-up with an account
Once they’re officially live on Curated, your referral is marked as Successful in your dashboard
You automatically start earning 1% of their first-year booking revenue
No follow-ups needed from you. No admin.
Just passive income from a great recommendation.

Head to Recommendations in your dashboard to see:
All the spaces you’ve referred
Which ones are “Pending Review”
Which ones are “Successful”
How much commission you’ve earned (or have upcoming)

Tips for successful referrals
Want your referrals to convert faster? Here’s what helps:
Give us the best contact you have (owner, GM, marketing lead, PR).
Add a short note in the form (“I stayed here in June — they love working with creators”).
Make sure the space has a strong brand, great interiors or a clear USP.
Mention Curated in passing if you’re on good terms with the team:
“You should join Curated — it’d be such a perfect fit for you.”
